Software Systems Integrator

Delego Software Inc. www.delegosoftware.com is a leading provider of data security, encryption and tokenization technologies in the financial industry.  We are looking for self-motivated, success-oriented individuals to join our rapidly growing team of professionals. 
We are currently seeking applicants for the position of:  Software Systems Integrator.
Reporting directly to the VP, Operations, the Software Systems Integrator will be responsible for:

• Assessing and validating existing configuration of client systems.
• Installation of Delego Software products.
• Testing installations to confirm successful operation and alignment with project implementation requirements.
• Documentation of project installation to facilitate to Technical Support.
• Identification and resolution of installation issues.
• Assisting in the ongoing development of and refinement of business process.
• Participation in detailed project requirements gathering and estimating.
• Contribution to solutions development in implementation of new functionality or resolution of technical issues.
• Clear, convincing, effective customer communication.
• Preparation of deployment documentation and contribution to test plans.
• Execution of assigned project tasks in a manner which supports on time/budget, high quality project deliveries.
• Team work, fostering solid team dynamics.
• Leading and participating in customer working sessions.
• Utilizing experience and sound judgement to accomplish goals.

Desired Technical Skills/Traits:

• Experience with Windows and Unix-based operating systems.
• A solid working knowledge of computer operations including file structures, operating systems, file transfer protocols, security protocols, and networks.
• Logical thinking and ability to triage, investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical problems.
• Ability to communicate technical information in a manner suitable to varying target audiences.
• Ability to draw out and effectively interpret operational requirements.

 Desired Non-technical Skills/traits:

• Exceptional customer interaction skills including strong written, verbal and presentation abilities.
• Ability to identify and offer solutions to obstacles encountered.
• Ability to persuade and lead customers.

• Candidates must have a university or college degree in business, computer science, engineering or other applicable field of study.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP software and knowledge of payment card industry data security standards (PCI-DSS) are definite assets.
• Previous Professional Services Integration / Technical Support experience is an asset.
• Previous software development experience is an asset.

Some national and international travel may be required.  Therefore, applicants must hold a valid Canadian passport, have the ability to obtain a valid Canadian passport or hold a valid passport from a country that can access Great Britain, Europe, the United States, Australia, and New Zealand.
