In this position, you will interact with hundreds of people on a weekly basis who are striving to regain, achieve, or maintain optimum health, naturally.

About Hardick Chiropractic Centre:
Our office was established in 1971. Our team is comprised of 2 doctors, 4 full-time department managers, and 2 part-time office assistants. Our clinical records are maintained electronically.
We care for families and people of all ages. While the majority of our patients seek our care for wellness and preventive purposes, hundreds more are helped with severe and complicated health issues. We utilize corrective chiropractic care techniques which incorporate home care and regular progress assessments for our patients. In addition to our chiropractic care services, Dr. Hardick teaches a minimum of 3 large seminars and 10 mid-sized workshops each year to the community as well as hosting a weekly radio show. A core nutrition program is inclusive in every patient’s care and is managed by our nutrition program advisors
Office Assistant – Responsibilities:
- patient accounting
- billing of accounts
- bank deposits
- monthly statistics and reports
- patient database management
- appointment schedule management
Shared Responsibilities (Patient Care Team):
- first contact with clients
- appointment schedule management
- correspondence on behalf of the clinic and doctors
- patient education
- patient care technical assistance: X-ray development and electronic conversion
- internal and external marketing of special projects and community events (including seminars and health fairs)
- Superior computer, administrative, and math skills
- Human relations skills
- Above-average experience using Microsoft Word & Excel
- Keyboarding 40+ wpm
- A passion for humanity and a desire to transform the world into a healthier place
Experience with chiropractic care (as a patient, or as an employee in a chiropractic facility) is recommended but not required. A proven interest in holistic health care and/or personal well-being will benefit your application.
