Shop Supervisor

Trident Technologies Inc. is a specialized reputable custom manufacturing / machine shop, committed to providing a dependable service and premium quality in the southwest region of Ontario. We currently have an immediate opening for an energetic and reliable individual working full-time in the position of Shop Supervisor.

The successful candidate must possess leadership and team management skills; be able to multi-task; is self-motivated; and have good organizational skills with attention to quality and detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge with set up and operation of CNC Machines, Lathes, etc.
  • Read and interpret drawings
  • Experience with MasterCam is an asset
  • Supervise/Assist Team of 10-15 employees
  • Ensure manufacturing specifications are followed
  • Ensure project deadlines are achieved
  • Maintain machines and workstations through preventative maintenance
  • Troubleshoot/Repair and improve machine processes when needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
  • Preferably 5+ years minimum experience as a Tool & Die Maker
  • Minimum 10 years Machinist experience
  • Previous Supervisory/Leadership experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Possess problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Basic computer skills
