We’re currently seeking a
motivated Tax Preparer
to join us for a
full-time, temporary role
during tax season,
from February 2026 to June 2026,
paying an hourly rate of $21-$23.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in public practice, work directly with real client files, and build practical tax preparation skills in a structured, supportive environment.
Potential for Full-Time Employment:
This seasonal position may lead to a
permanent, full-time role for the right candidate

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll support a variety of tax and accounting functions, including:
Preparing and assisting with T1 personal tax return
s
and related documentation
Organizing client information and ensuring files are complete and compliant
Communicating professionally with clients to request missing details and clarify tax items
Supporting the team with administrative and tax-season workflow tasks
