About the Role
This position supports manufacturing operations through maintenance, troubleshooting, and facility work while keeping safety and production uptime top of mind.
What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, and test new and existing production equipment.
- Perform facility maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems.
- Troubleshoot machinery issues and complete emergency repairs promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and quality documentation for maintenance activities.
- Support health, safety, and environmental compliance in manufacturing operations.
- Recommend improvements in equipment reliability, process efficiency, and safety.
What We’re Looking For
- Completion or ongoing education as an electrical engineering technician.
- Experience using hand and power tools effectively.
- Ability to operate controls, switches, levers, and indicators safely.
- Experience with manufacturing equipment, fabrication methods, and tool design.
- Commitment to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Ability to occasionally work late shifts when required.
