Executive Assistant – CEO & Board of Directors
Salary: $61,586 – $79,170 (2025–2026)
Full-Time, Permanent | Primarily In-Office | Evening Flexibility Required

As the
Executive Assistant to the CEO & Board of Directors
, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of executive and governance functions. From preparing board agendas and minutes to managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings, and supporting special projects, your work will help drive organizational priorities at the highest level.
What You’ll Do
Provide
confidential, high-level support
to the CEO and Board of Directors.
Organize and attend board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
Manage executive calendars, correspondence, and briefing materials.
Coordinate logistics for executive and board meetings, including travel and presentations.
Support governance processes such as policy and bylaw updates, recruitment, and annual meetings.
Contribute to communications, reports, and public relations activities.
What You Bring
Post-secondary diploma/certificate in Administrative Studies, Business Administration, or equivalent.
5+ years’ experience
as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant, ideally in health, education, or social services.
Proven ability to manage
confidential information
with professionalism and discretion.
Strong minute-taking, organizational, and project management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
