You bring 7-10 years of industry experience in the logistics and manufacturing sectors. You have current knowledge of industry processes, technology and regulations. You are experienced in Forklift, Elevated Work Platform, WHMIS, Working at Heights and transportation of dangerous goods. Along with these industry skills, you have the ability to communicate, inspire and motivate people who bring a diverse set of circumstances and life situations to the task.
What to Expect:
• In this role you will have the opportunity to facilitate training sessions, improve and update curriculum, coach and mentor participants and participate in the meaningful work of assisting individuals who have been out of the workforce for sometime, to gain skills that will help them find employment.
• Regular office hours of 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday.
• Salary range of $50-62K, plus benefits.
• 3 weeks vacation to start plus generous professional development budget and paid staff training days
