Duration of Employment 4 months or 8 months
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Location: 951 Leathorne Street, London + other TVDSB facilities as required
Pay: $21.50 per hour
Job Summary
A co-op student is required to support the Facility Services and Capital Planning (FSCP) team at the Thames Valley District School Board.
The FSCP Co-op Student will support the Facilities Services team in the planning, coordination, and administration of maintenance and operations activities. This role provides exposure to asset management, service delivery, and operational efficiency in a facilities environment. The incumbent will be responsible for data analysis, building electronic dashboards, and providing task-specific support to the department’s operations and maintenance supervisors.

Qualifications
Enrolled in a Business, Commerce, or related post-secondary program
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI, etc.)
Ability to learn new computer software as required
Access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license is required.
