Job Description

Pay: $22.00–--$24.00/hour

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate to join a clean, bright, and well-organized operation in London. This is a varied, hands-on position within a small and positive team environment.
The successful candidate will have solid warehouse and forklift experience, along with mechanical aptitude and a good understanding of mechanical parts and equipment. An automotive, industrial, manufacturing, hydraulic, or similar background would be an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Pick, prepare, and pack customer orders accurately
  • Receive incoming deliveries and verify products against documentation
  • Enter all incoming deliveries and inventory information accurately into the company's ERP system
  • Complete shipping and receiving duties
  • Load and unload deliveries using an electric forklift
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
  • Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
  • Pull parts, hoses, tubing, and materials for customer orders and shop/repair work
  • Assist the parts/customer service team with locating and preparing products
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Communicate with team members regarding orders, inventory, and incoming/outgoing products
  • Measure and cut tubing to customer specifications using a measuring tape and saw
  • Perform other warehouse and general duties as required
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse experience is required
  • Forklift experience is required
  • External forklift certification is considered an asset
  • Mechanical aptitude and mechanical knowledge
  • Automotive, industrial, manufacturing, hydraulic, equipment, or similar experience is an asset
  • Comfortable working with computers and entering information into an ERP system
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately
  • Experience with shipping and receiving is an asset
  • Knowledge of different parts, hoses, tubing, and equipment
  • Able to read and follow product/order information accurately
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to lift and move products throughout the workday
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
