We’re currently building a pipeline of dependable Production Associates to join our client’s growing team in Tillsonburg. These positions are available on the afternoon shift with a consistent 4-day work week, providing a great opportunity to earn a reliable income while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate production equipment and machinery while maintaining quality and productivity standards
- Assemble, package, and inspect products according to company requirements
- Perform general labour tasks, including lifting, sorting, and material handling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed
- Report any equipment, production, or quality concerns to supervisors
