Pay: $20.00-$40.00/hour
IS2 Workforce Solutions is currently seeking experienced CNC Machinists for a leading manufacturing client in London, Ontario. We are looking for skilled machinists who can independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment while producing high-quality precision parts.

Location: London, ON (bus accessible)
Pay Rate:
- $20.00 to $30.00 per hour for experienced CNC Machinists
- $30.00 to $40.00 per hour for advanced CNC Machinists with strong setup and machining expertise
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines independently
- Perform tool changes and machine offsets
- Troubleshoot machining and production issues
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Produce precision components according to customer specifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience
- Proven ability to independently set up and operate CNC machines
- Experience performing offsets, tool changes, and troubleshooting during production
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with live tooling
- 3-axis and/or 5-axis machining experience
- Experience working with Fanuc and Heidenhain controls
Available Shifts
- Straight Afternoons: Monday to Wednesday 4:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Thursday 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Friday 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
- Straight Nights: Schedule to be determined
- Weekend Shift: 12-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
