Pay: $21.32 / hour
IS2 Workforce Solutions is hiring Production Workers! In this position you are responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by producing, inspecting, packaging, and handling automotive components in a fast-paced production environment. Duties may include operating machinery and stamp presses, performing quality checks, repacking finished parts, loading containers, and completing general labour tasks. This role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and attention to detail. This position is ideal for reliable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods. Previous manufacturing or stamping experience is considered an asset.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and to lift 25lbs – 50lbs
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent attendance and reliability
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Previous automotive or manufacturing experience
- Previous stamping or press operation experience
- Mechanically inclined
- Quality inspection experience is an asset
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn
PAY RATE: $20.00 - $ 22 / hour Shifts Available- Straight Shifts:
- Days, Afternoons, Midnights and Weekends
