If this sounds like you, Greenius is hiring a new Client Service Representative and we'd like to hear from you. Greenius is an online training software platform that focuses on empowering business owners and team members through education.

What would you be doing daily?

• Maintain and work with HubSpot CRM software daily, including data entry & documenting client activity
• Coach & train clients on Greenius software over the phone and within zoom meetings ensuring client is knowledgeable and competent using the Greenius software
• Work closely with the sales and IT teams resolving client concerns
• Administration and answering multi-line phones
• Other duties and special assignments as required
