Job Description

Express is recruiting for a temp Commercial Lease Administrator role for a property management client in London. This role is responsible for assisting the AR administrator with the processing of monthly rent billings, accurately inputting lease and tenant activity data into the accounting system and maintaining tenant files.
Hourly pay rate is 21.65$. A great opportunity to gain valuable experience with a reputable orgnanization and work along side a friendly/tightly knit team.

Responsibilities (Not limited to)

Commercial Leasing Administration

  • Maintain impeccable Lease Documentation Records
  • Respond to lease inquiries, take ownership of prospects for space of under 3000 sq.ft.
  • Arrange space planning, write construction scopes of work,
  • Implement approved advertising, conduct Broker Blasts
  • Coordinate public relations events; record Marketing initiatives,

Commercial Accounting Administration

  • Input leases and amendments in accounting software
  • Manage payments on accounts, and cheque deposits to bank
  • Processes monthly rent billings
  • Print monthly reports

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of similar leasing experience in commercial property management
  • Post secondary education
  • Yardi experience is Ideal; experience with MS office suite
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
