Job Description

On behalf of our client in London, ON, we are currently seeing an Administrative Assistant on a one-year contract basis.
 
Duties (may include and not limited to)
  • Answer incoming calls and enquires in a professional manner
  • Data entry of client and project information
  • Create reports, spreadsheets and manipulate schematics
  • Create invoices for completed projects
  • Manage all email correspondence
  • Manage and track all requests for quotes
  • Create cover letters, quotes and compile information for proposals
  • All incoming and outgoing mail
  • Other office duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Completion of post-secondary education; administrative or business focus preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with administration
  • Experience working in the construction industry and/or knowledge of the industry a strong asset
  • Proficient with the MS Office Suite required; particularly MS Excel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multi task and handle multiple projects at once
 
Compensation:  $15.00-17.00 per hour + 4% Vacation Pay  
 
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm, Friday 8:00am-12:00pm
