POSITION:      adam:ONE® Managed Services User Technician
                        Full-time, Permanent

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  1. University degree in Computer Systems Networking
  2. A minimum of 30 signed approvals of Managed Commercial Deployments of adam:ONE®  by an ADAMnetworks® engineer.
  3. Thorough understanding of Don’t Talk to Strangers (DTTS)® technology and a proven track record of successful implementations in a minimum of 30 commercial client locations using the FreeDSB / pFsense platform.  
  4. Security clearance and audit approval by the CISO of ADAMnetworks®. 
  5. Competence with Network Architecture and implementation of networking equipment as specified by ADAMnetworks Engineers.
  6. Ability to work remotely and irregular business hours. 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Liaise with customers and internal systems engineers to facilitate the customers’ implementation of adam:ONE® firewall deployments in pFsense environments according to Managed Client specifications of ADAMnetworks® system and network engineers; 
  2. Analyze and test systems requirements, develop and implement information systems development plans, policies and procedures, and provide advice of customers on a wide range of information systems issues; 
  3. Take ownership of technically complex customer reported issues related to adam:ONE® firewall via web and phone and work closely with the customer until it is completely resolved;
  4. Document relevant information and ensure that the customer communication is handled in a timely manner throughout the lifecycle of the issue;
  5. Ensure that the work performed meets the quality standards of ADAMnetworks engineers within acceptable time schedules and customer commitments;
  6. Ensure that customers are treated with the highest degree of respect and drive operational excellence through quality closures and proper escalation of issues;
  7. Confer  with clients to identify and document requirements, assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware;
  8. Implement ADAMnetworks recommended policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
SALARY:   $29.00 / hr
