Customer Service Rep/Scheduler
Best Safety Training is a 100% local company based in St Thomas Ontario that provides a complete range of Safety Services to small/medium and large companies across Ontario.
Since 2015, we have been providing CPO approved training programs as a vendor of record and an approved provider. 
Customer Service Rep/Scheduler
The Management Group and Sales Team are looking for a CSR/Scheduler to work as part of the larger office team at the St Thomas Office location Monday – Friday 8:30-4:30.

Job Related Skills Required:
  • Ability to effectively liaise with the various business units
  • Provide reception desk coverage daily
  • Mail and courier administration
  • Answer incoming calls and re-direct appropriately
  • Managing trainers’ schedules
  • Photocopying, filing, and other administrative related activities
  • Purchasing, placing office supply orders
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Processing A/P and A/R
  • Ability to deal with multiple requests at one time
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and build positive relationships with cross functional areas
  • Detail knowledge of Microsoft suite of products and calendar maintenance
