Job Description

Our client is recruiting for a driven, collaborative, results-oriented General Manager - Administration to oversee Finance, IT, and HR at their facility near Kitchener, Ontario. While enriching and shaping the company’s culture by way of example and collaborative guidance, this Senior Leader will be a critical member of the SLT for one of three areas in the facility. Moreover, the General Manager - Administration will lead, inspire, and motivate high-performance teams in alignment with the company’s mission and values while supporting organizational objectives.

To qualify for this impactful opportunity, you will have previous experience as a Senior Manager or Director of Finance which will also include leadership of HR and IT administrative functions. You thrive within an autonomous environment and have demonstrated leadership abilities to positively influence and build sustainable relationships at all levels. Your strong project management skills, financial acumen, and analytical abilities will also prove to be beneficial in this role. Your enthusiasm to grow within a company that recognizes its employees and provides opportunity for advancement will also be very fitting.
