Keyline is hiring a customer service representative to assist in managing our current customers' inquiries, questions and orders. As a customer service representative you will also be asked to process orders within our accounting system, assist with customer needs and assist sales with new growth opportunities for the business. To succeed in this role you need to be able to remain positive when working with clients requests or demands. Skills that will help you excel in this role include: experience with accounting/sales software, interpersonal skills and conflict resolution.

 

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing products about the products we sell so that you can answer questions.
  • Assisting sales with new product inquiries and sales opportunities to grow our current customer base.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Updating management on customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and how to improve on our current operations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Experienced working in a customer facing role
  • Ability to learn new tasks
  • Knowledge about Quickbooks Enterprise Accounting Software
