The opportunity
 
As a quality assurance representative you will:
 

• Monitor and evaluate phone calls according to the company’s pre-established quality standards and guidelines.
• Provide accurate and timely documentation of all completed call reviews.
• Calculate and compile metrics relating to representative calls.
• Liaise with management team in order to provide reports and recommendations on team progress and areas of improvement.

 
About you
 
You are an individual who:
 

• Has 1-2 years’ quality assurance or call auditing experience – B2B? Even better!
• Is analytical, learns quickly, and has a keen eye (and ear) for detail.
• Has previously worked in a sales or customer service/client facing environment.
• Can communicate both verbally and in writing with ease.
• Has a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
• Is comfortable planning and sharing personalized coaching and/or feedback with management to relay to their team.
• Has been successful meeting and exceeding quality assurance standards in the past.

 
It’s a bonus if you have:

• B2B quality assurance experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in business or other related area of study.
