Job Description

Nexreg Compliance is looking to bring on a full-time Sales coordinator to assist with our growing business needs and cover a maternity leave. This entry-level contract will be for 12 months and the position reports directly to the Business Development Manager. The individual we are looking for understands the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with a large client base. In their role, they will assist to coordinate all sales efforts including generating quotes and proposals, answering client inquiries, gathering client information, and tracking project progress in partnership with production. This position will require some travel to the US as attending trade shows and conferences to sell our services and promote the brand will be another aspect of this position. Overview of position:

Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • First point of contact for all potential and new clients (Phone and e-mail)
  • Determine how client needs can be solved with Nexreg or partner services
  • Prepare quotes and proposals for client projects
  • Follow-up and track quotes and proposals
  • Negotiate sales discounts, contractual terms and project deadlines
  • Answer client questions regarding services, or facilitate the answering of technical questions with production
  • After sale has been closed, set up project in Workbook and client folders
  • Ensure client satisfaction
  • Respond to requests for additional info and services in a timely manner
  • Track current projects (coordinate with production) to ensure deadlines are being met
  • Assist with the resolution of client disputes
  • Work with and develop Nexreg CRM software and client information database
  • Ensure new leads, accounts and current accounts are entered into Workbook correctly
  • Add opportunities and cases as required (tracking client interactions)
  • Compile sales data for marketing purposes
  • Assist with Sales and Marketing Strategy development
  • Attend trade shows and meetings to sell Nexreg Services and promote the brand
  • Cold call and e-mail prospective clients
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience / Qualifications/Education:

  • Demonstrated experience with sales (B2B strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to research/investigate issues and resolve problems
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively in a team environment with regulatory and administrative staff
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the confidence dealing with all levels of an organization
  • Possesses a reputation for resourcefulness with a strong sense of accountability and initiative
  • Strong customer service skills to handle enquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Ability to establish and build healthy working relations and partnerships with clients, and peers
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office and database management
  • Demonstrated ability with CRM and scheduling software (Workbook) is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability and natural inclination to interact with people in a professional, respectful and diplomatic manner
  • Excellent data entry skills with high level of accuracy and the proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to present in front of a large group of potential clients
  • Ability to work with social media sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter to facilitate marketing and sales initiatives

Qualifications:

  • University degree or college diploma in business, social science or related field
  • Some demonstrable understanding of workplace safety regulations
  • Ideal candidate will have minimum 1 year of sales experience in a corporate or retail setting, exceptions can be made for candidates who can demonstrate a strong understanding and application of sales techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $32,500.00-$50,000.00 per year
