Our client, a Tier-1 Automotive Supplier, is seeking an analytical, collaborative, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join their dynamic team near Kitchener, Ontario!

As Maintenance Supervisor, you will take a systemic and proactive approach to ensure organizational, industry, and legislative standards are being met including the assurance of a safe work environment inclusive of training, policy adherence, and preventative maintenance. You will lead, coach, and mentor staff to be highly efficient and engaged performers who prioritize cultural values of safety, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

To qualify for this valued opportunity, you will have 7+ years’ experience overseeing a manufacturing Maintenance department with a track record of improving overall effectiveness of the department. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and build rapport with staff, creating a positive work environment. Your robust analytical abilities will be critical to identifying and measuring departmental performance and actions plans for continuous improvement.
