Current Advertising and Marketing:
The current marketing program is a combination of generic iCONECT brand recognition along with a series of initiatives throughout the year which are in sync with the ‘agile sprints’ of product releases.  Each new release contains features and functions which need to be communicated to existing clients as well as prospects. Beyond standard website (Wordpress)  and social media presence, events (LegalTech New York and ILTA Florida) become focal points which require trade-show strategies, assets and promotion.

What we’re looking for:
Someone to own our Marketing programs and support our sales initiatives with the appropriate collateral, social media and event materials. Working with the seasoned iCONECT management and sales teams you will be involved in the design and creation of multi-media, social media, digital and print assets including scheduling and supervision of the entire creative and production process. Since iCONECT already has a sales channel of ‘international resellers’, there will be a focus on arming them with material to simplify their sale process. This will expose the candidate to all aspects of corporate B2B advertising and marketing.

Timing: IMMEDIATE

Primary Roles: 
This person would be responsible for:
  1. management and execution of the company marketing plan;
  2. event management for micro and macro events including tradeshows and webinars;
  3. internal graphics work to assist in the creation of high-quality final digital concepts and assets;
  4. management of company social media accounts.

The Digital Designer often works closely with the management team and outside freelance resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the development of an annual schedule and budget
  • Collaborate with team to create, produce and/or manage digital designs
  • Develop projects on most relevant development platforms
  • Manage workback schedules for major trade-show events
  • Understanding the connection of both general brand promotion and feature-release promotion
  • Manage a deliver schedule for projects and manage outside resources to meet deadlines
  • Design and production of effective collateral to assist our sales process
  • Coordinate and communicate with industry media and existing client marketing managers
  • Manage company social-media accounts
  • Act as a liaison with the marketing leads of our clients
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years experience in Interactive marketing (depending on level of seniority)
  • Understanding of direct marketing and promotions
  • Knowledge of Social Media vehicles (YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit)
  • Strong technical proficiency of Premier, Illustrator and Photoshop, HTML, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Some knowledge of video production and WordPress
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight timelines
  • Ability to manage deadlines, workback schedules and communicate status
  • Proven ability to focus on desired results/goals and meet or exceed them with minimal supervision
  • Understand and learn new technology that impacts the development of interactive assets
