Salary: $17.79 per hour
Hours: Up to 24 hours per week
Closing Date: July 28, 2017
Note: This is a part-time temporary position (up to 24 hours per week) until December 31, 2017, with the possibility of an extension.
Duties: Under the supervision of the Director, Employment Services, the incumbent provides administrative recruitment assistance and clerical support to Human Resources.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary 2 year diploma in Office Management or Business/Secretarial studies
- Administrative experience in a busy office environment, using a variety of computer software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
- Knowledge of Human Resources practices and Human Resources systems would be an asset
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
