This is a 2-3 month contract with the possibility of extension or permanent employment. 

We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for delivering on all aspects of the recruiting process and will be involved in attending recruiting events, conducting pre-screening and interviewing, scheduling interviews, and completing background and reference checks. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in high volume recruitment including; screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.

The ideal candidate will be able to jump right into these tasks

• Provides administrative secretarial support to the team by facilitating the
• Preparing draft ads and posting to web site, newspapers/magazines; websites
• Updating & Maintaining ATS system
• Preparing criteria grids, interview questions  and
• interview packages for the Selection Team
• Pre-screening & scheduling interviews
  

This position is ideal for candidates with immediate availability as training will be starting ASAP.
