Job Description
High paced Property Management company is looking for a Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our energetic team. We require a person who can self-motivate and take on responsibilities without direct supervision. You will be communicating with tenants and owners on a day-to-day basis. Job responsibilities include accounts receivable tasks for various billables due from tenants, including by not limited to rent collection. This is a very fast paced environment and can be quite demanding due to the multitude of tasks at hand. You must be very organized, have great communication skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Job Summary
> Maintain accounts receivable files and records
> Strong data entry and analysis skills with high degree of accuracy
> Be able to manage tasks independently with little supervision
> Organize yourself well and perform tasks with great attention to detail
> Work as part of a goal-oriented team in a fast-paced environment
> Offer exceptional customer service
> Computer literacy, knowledge of MS Office Suite (particularly Excel) and willingness to learn other programs (PropertyWare – our management software)
> Other responsibilities designated by the accounting department
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 1-year bookkeeping experience required
