Job Description
Agilus Is looking for Bilingual Customer ServiceRepresentative for our financial clientin Toronto, ON.
You will be getting training for IFIC for 3 months onyour own time.
Term: 6 month contract potential for extension
Toronto. Work from home to begin but will be required to returnto office
Pay rate: $21-22/hr
Shift: 8-8:30 to 4:30-5
Main Responsibilities:
€¢ Action control reports and address issues in atimely manner meeting monitored productivity and quality objectives
€¢ Help Associate Supervisory Managers with Tier 1supervision follow-ups
€¢ Communicate with advisors to solve their pendingsupervisory inquiries
€¢ Track interactions using on-line systems
€¢ Provide superior customer service by beingproactive in meeting customer needs
€¢ Assist with department projects and initiativesas needed
€¢ Knowledge of Wealth and financial products, specifically Mutual Funds
Qualification Required:
€¢ Highschool / College Diploma
€¢ Previous call center experience
€¢Mutual Fund Industry experience
€¢ Excellent communication skills (verbal andwritten)
€¢ Attention to detail and a team player
€¢ Ability to adapt quickly and comfortably tochange
€¢ Professional/ Excellent customer service and telephoneetiquette
€¢ Solid analytical and problem solving skills withthe ability to multitask proficiently in a fast-paced performance drivenenvironment
€¢ Excellent Computer Skills
€¢Open to receiving and incorporating constructive feedback and coaching
€¢ Handle stressful situations in a calm andprofessional manner
€¢ Experience working directly with advisors
