Quorum is seeking a Senior OEM Program Manager for its Dealer Services division.
The OEM role is directly responsible for securing product endorsements and certifications across all business units. The OEM role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with OEMs in Canada and the United States in order to influence decision making, participate in OEM initiatives and maintain existing business relationships.

- XSelleratorTM, a Dealership Management System (DMS) that automates, integrates and streamlines key processes across departments in a dealership, and emphasizes revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
- DealerMine CRM, a sales and service Customer Relationship Management system and set of Business Development Center services that drives revenue into the critical sales and service departments in a dealership.
- Autovance, a sales desking system that increases sales department gross margins and improves customer satisfaction for dealerships.
- Advantage, a full showroom system for both franchised and independent dealerships and a comprehensive operating system that includes accounting for the independent market.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Secure product endorsements and certifications with new franchise automotive OEMs in Canada and the United States.
- Build and maintain relationships with OEM representatives by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, competitors and OEM initiatives.
- Collaborate with division leaders on organizational goals and initiatives.
- Distribute and document knowledge acquired through business development initiatives and OEM relationships.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; industry events; reviewing industry publications; establishing personal networks and through ongoing internal training.
- Participate and/or contribute to organizations strategic planning initiatives.
- Cultivate relationships with key clients, partners and industry influences.
- Lead and coordinate responses and proposals for OEM RFIs and RFPs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in a business development position.
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships at an executive level.
- Strong understanding of automotive industry, OEM, DMS and CRM.
- Demonstrates the ability to interact with all levels of an organization both internally and externally.
- Proven ability with sales strategies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Boardroom Presence.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Extensive travel required in both Canada and the United States.
Preferred Requirements:
- Familiar with XSellerator, Autovance and/or DealerMine CRM product offerings.
- Bilingual.
