Position Summary:
As a Solutions Engineer and Automation Specialist, you will be expected to become proficient in the implementation of our Enterprise Content Management software and provide on-going support to clients. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will need to possess the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills, flexibility, initiative, perseverance, and integrity.
ThinkDox provides paid training on the software through online training courses leading to certification.
Currently, for the foreseeable future, all ThinkDox staff are working remotely..

Position Responsibilities:
- Implementation, Configuration and Security Management of Laserfiche ECM software
- Ongoing telephone and email support
- Develop and document workflow automation designs
- Design of electronic forms
- Repository design and management
- Respond to client support requests on a timely basis
- Perform Client training, both on site and remotely
- Perform Client Needs Analysis and assist in preparing scope of work documentation
- Completion of University degree or College diploma in a technology field or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in application support would be an asset
- Ability to communicate well and in front of small and large groups of people
- Ability to work individually or as part of a dynamic team
- A valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle and the ability to travel to client locations
- Familiarity with concepts found in the following programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, C++ and/or VB.net will help you reach a level of success
