We are currently looking for a Reception and Mail Room Clerk to support our client in the print production industry. If hired you will work full-time hours on 12-month assignment, be paid $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:
• Answer, screen and forward incoming calls using a computerized incoming phone system
• Open and sort Policy mail daily
• Perform other duties on a large team of service associates as required: servery, reception, administration duties, meeting room setup/take down

Qualifications
• Hours:8:30am – 5:00pm
• Outgoing individual with strong customer service skills and presents a personal professional image.

• Solid communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
• Ability to learn and adjust to new procedures
