Job Description
Our client, a London based company with approximately 100 staff, is offering a competitive salary including paid vacation and employer paid benefits.
We are recruiting a permanent, full-time Financial Analyst to be responsible for the monthly financial reporting and analysis which include preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliations, accruals, payroll calculations & support as well as other analysis in support of business planning and decision making. Provide exceptional service by ensuring requests for information and clarification are addressed in a systematic and timely way.
Accountabilities:
- Provide in-house payroll support
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, remittances and filings related to payroll
- Prepare GL entries, accruals, account reconciliations, month end & year end reporting
- Assist in resolving discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute financial statements
- Assist in preparing annual budget & sales reports
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3+ years accounting experience
- Working towards or completed CPA designation not required, but an asset
- Payroll accounting & in-house payroll processing experience
- Accounting & payroll software experience an asset
- SAP experience would be an asset
