Job Description
Our client is recognized as a global leader in Industrial Automation. They are seeking a professional with at least 5 years experience to lead and manage their teams. The ideal candidate is able to effectively mitigate customer escalations by developing action plans while collaborating well with Tool Makers, Robotics Specialists and Electricians
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the Canadian Service Department
- Ensure Customer satisfaction by efficient use of personnel and ensuring professional standards are maintained in communication and workmanship
- Monitor and enforce our clients’ policies and procedures
- Motivate personnel and encourage employee satisfaction
- Able to hold employees accountable in accordance with company policies and Canadian ESA
- Ensure required employee training is up to date and encourage expansion of each employee’s capabilities by further training and experiences
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in the service industry, 5 of which is in a management role.
- Knowledge of CNC Machining Centers , their applications and use within the Canadian industry (Automotive, Aerospace, Light Metal Fabrication)
Reports directly to the General Manager
Salary: $125,000 +
