Job Description

Express SRG is recruiting for a temp 2 months Accounting assistant role with an insurance client in Downtown London.
Benefits to you:
  • Hourly payrate: 25$-27$.

Responsibilities: (Not limited to: )
  • Updating excel spread sheet and entering remittance totals into Sage.
  • Receiving payments via EFT or cheque, updating spreadsheets, external files and recording payments in Sage.
  • Assisting with year-end by creating and organizing folders, pulling invoices, etc.
  • Uploading reports and invoices in internal system as required.
  • Provide back up coverage to the bookkeeper.
Job Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of accounting experience in a role such as accounting clerk, accounting assistant, bookkeeper.
  • Minimum of a College Diploma in business accounting.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel. Experience with Sage is a MUST have.
