HYDMECH CANADA Corp is the North American leader in the design and manufacturing of metal cutting bandsaws HYDMECH, a subsidiary of MEP SpA based in Italy which is part of Group Legris Industries based in France. You will be part of a global organization with locations in the US, Europe, China and South America where advancement from within the organization is supported.
Reporting to our Parts Manager, we have an immediate need for a Parts Advisor. The key aspect of this role is to provide telephone assistance to distributors, end users and regional sales managers regarding parts orders. We are looking for someone who possesses a mechanically inclined aptitude and thrives working with others in a fast-paced environment. We are conveniently located within the 401/403 corridor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a basic level of mechanically inclined capabilities
- Prior experience in parts, logistics and/or purchasing is an asset
- Provide customer service, order coordination and inventory control
- Possess good communication skills and comprehension skills with attention to accuracy with details, a strong aptitude for numbers, initiative, and quality results
- Computer literacy: MS Office, Outlook
- Able to multi-task and prioritize easily/ability to perform tasks independently
- Work efficiently to meet client and company expectations
- Well organized and works with minimal supervision
- Experience in SAP software is an asset
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada with no restrictions
