Salary: $26.18 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week

Note: This is a full-time temporary position until March 31, 2018 (35 hours per week).
Duties: Under the supervision of the Manager, Advancement Services, the incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day recording and receipting of all gifts accepted by the Foundation and College within the College's financial systems and donor database, ensuring that CRA rules and regulations are being adhered to.
The incumbent is also responsible for maintaining the Raiser's Edge donor database ensuring data accuracy and integrity, performing data extracts and imports, developing reports, performing trend/data analysis and developing/implementing a software training plan for new and existing users at the College.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary 2 year diploma in Business, Office Administration, Project Management or Fund Raising disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within a high volume, multi-tasking, service-oriented office environment with direct customer service
- A team player using a variety of computer software packages such as word processing, spreadsheets, Raiser's Edge and Crystal Reports
- Demonstrated experience with cash handling procedures and in supporting Raisers Edge database users
- Exceptional organizational skills in managing a complex, growing database; ability to establish priorities; meet competing deadlines; multi-task; troubleshoot; problem solve, and make responsible decisions
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills are required
- Experience using Datatel Colleague and LFACS along with an understanding of CRA donation guidelines are assets
