We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and excellent attendance practices to join our team.

As a Packaging Scheduler supporting our Packaging Department, you will be responsible for:

• Create packaging schedules; determine material requirements that support service level objectives;
• Assist with the maintenance of customer satisfaction levels;
• Assist in inventory contol; compile and maintain records;
• Maintain appropriate levels of materials;
• Participate in weekly packaging meeting and communicate regularly with packaging and shipping departments;
• Determine long term planning schedules from the sales forecast;
• Liaise with marketing and sales, supplier contacts and warehouses on a regular basis;
• Maintain regular communication with internal customers (Bonduelle facilities).

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong excel skills and the experience to work within various applications to produce effective lines schedules;
• Analytical thinking skills;
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including extended hours and weekends when necessary.
