Job Description
We are currenlty looking for a Full Time, Monday to Friday 9am until 4:30, Person with some rental and leasing experience. Someone with some knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act. We do offer lots of training and courses to keep up with all the changing rules as well as support within our office.
The job includes some of the following:
Creating new Leases for New Tenants.
Organizing Showings for New Tenants.
Answering Phones
Working with our Rent System Payrpop
Working with our Maintenance System FixFlo
Updating our website with new listings and picutres.
We are a friendly and family oriented office. We offer a full benefit package (Dental, Perscription and Health). Wage can be negotiated. We are a stable Company with lots of long term Growth. We deal with both Student and Family Rentals.
