The Quality Assurance Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality assurance programs, as well as for supporting organizational development processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate organizational quality assurance (QA) programs and initiatives
- Client and family care reporting gather data from client and family feedback
- Administration of organizational policies and procedures
- Accreditation coordination and administration to ensure program compliance
- Health & Safety participation
The successful candidate brings:
- College degree or 2-year diploma in Office Administration
- Previous experience in a Health Care setting preferred
- Minimum 2 years recent experience in a related role
- Previous administrative experience required
- Demonstrated computer proficiency with MS Office, databases or ERP systems
- Desktop publishing proficiency including the Adobe suite preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge and commitment to continuous quality improvement & compliance with confidentiality requirements
- Ability to identify problems, provide suggestions and/or implement appropriate solutions as required
