We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives that have a passion for providing an excellent customer experience.  Successful candidates will possess a desire to develop and maintain strong client relationships, a keen interest in developing or enhancing their understanding of the Information Technology industry and a strong desire to stay up to date with industry trends, technologies and certifications. 

Education, Experience, Skills & Interests

• A Community College diploma or equivalent business experience with focus on business and computer technology would be ideal
• 1-year experience in customer service preferably in a computer technology related industry
• Strong working knowledge of standard office tools including word processing, spreadsheet, e-mail and internet required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must
• A keen interest in computer or related technologies is a definite asset.  (Ongoing training to keep you up-to-date with industry products, programs, services and trends will be provided.)
