Reporting to the Business Division Leader for an Office products and Home Care Divisions, the successful candidate will make an impact by driving the communications strategy and execution.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the marketing communication plans aligned with divisional marketing plans
• Management of external agencies (creative, PR, etc.)
• Develop and execute the Digital Marketing strategy, including social and search
• Lead planning and execution of updates and improvement of all brand sites
• Analyze data to make decisions about communications for the divisions
• Liaise, align, and influence key internal stakeholders including Corporate marketing and the digital
• teams, as well as the global divisional communications leads.
• Accountable for the marketing communications budget, while improving efficiency and productivity
• Manage brand updates and key packaging changes

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education
• Previous experience in Marketing
• Experience dealing with and managing external agencies
• Proficient in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Marcomm experience (Consumer Packaged Goods preferred)
• Demonstrated use of insights to drive strategy and growth
• Able to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with cross-functional groups (Marketing, Sales, Digital, Corporate Marketing)
• Strong self-motivation, and time management capabilities

Travel: In this role, you will be required to travel approximately 5% of the time, which may involve overnight stays.
