PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Inovata Foods Corp. is currently looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to work at our Tillsonburg, Ontario location.

Located in Tillsonburg, Ontario with a partnered facility in Edmonton, Alberta Inovata Foods Corp. is a major producer of high quality frozen meals for prominent clients throughout North America.

General Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Experience in a food processing environment preferred
• Commitment to producing quality food products and improving efficiencies
• Experience with lean manufacturing tools such as 5S and Continuous Improvement
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and related legislation
• Desire to work on a team

General Responsibilities:

• Oversee line operations for a multi-line production
• Responsible for employee/production scheduling
• Address employee concerns through both verbal and written communication
• Maintain operational standards, quality standards and regulatory compliance
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment that spans over 3 shifts
