We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our collaborative work environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting all customers in the showroom
• Answering incoming telephone calls
• Directing all customer inquires accordingly
• Preparing Used Vehicle files and maintaining Garage Register
• Vehicle licensing
• Writing work orders
• Inventory duties and many other administrative tasks for the Sales Department and Accounting Department

• A friendly upbeat attitude and great customer service skills
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Initiative and enthusiasm to get things completed
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure; dealing with interruptions while maintaining deadlines
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• College Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent
