Our client is a leader in the home improvement/building products industry and is passionate about providing superior products to their customers all over Southwestern Ontario. They are currently searching for an INSTALLATION AND SERVICE MANAGER who has the drive to promote the excellent customer service that they have become known for. The successful individual will be responsible for effectively managing an experienced team, organizing a busy installation schedule as well as ensuring all customer service needs are met and exceeded. Duties & Responsibilities
- Effectively schedule all installation appointments and maintain install schedule.
- Provide excellent customer service by efficiently scheduling and maintaining service appointments.
- Meet with customers onsite to address any questions or issues.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through outstanding communication.
- Coach and manage an installation team of 6 employees.
- Organize the maintenance scheduling for three company vehicles.
- 3 years customer service experience in the construction field or related industry.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience.
- Technical knowledge of cabinets, granite, quartz, and countertops.
- Ability to manage customer and builder expectations.
- Excellent project management, organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with a variety of computer programs like MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task with competing deadlines.
- Valid Driver’s Licence.
