- Experience with solar/construction projects preferred but not required
- Must be comfortable working at heights; Heights certification is required (training will be provided)
- Ability to lift 50 + pounds
- Must have a Class G drivers license
- Forklift, scissor lift or telehandler certification preferred (training can be provided)
- Well organized and self-motivated
- Ability and eagerness to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
