Express Employment Professionals is currently looking to hire a Staffing Consultant in our London office.
Overview of Opportunity
This position serves as an associate supervisor and a customer service link between both the client companies and the associates. The individual in this position consistently exercises discretionary judgment while administering Express systems and procedures during recruiting, hiring, and assignment of associates to clients. The successful candidate is also responsible for associate retention, and for increasing sales (billable hours) through telephone and in person calls to skill market qualified and available associates and candidates.

What does your day look like?
- Recruits, hires, orientates, and supervises associates for temp, evaluation hire and permanent placements

Conducts job interviews, administers and scores tests, evaluates applicant skills, abilities, and availability

Determines associate compatibility, availability, and suitability, then matches to place on suitable job orders

Works collaboratively with entire Express team to identify and fill client needs, and to assist outside sales representatives with contacts and research to increase sales
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and applicable experience
- Experience at contacting developing prospects and client contacts and relationships preferred
- Driven individual with an outgoing friendly personality
- Insatiable desire to succeed and make a difference for both clients and candidates
- Indefatigable and unwavering positive attitude
