MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR:

Lucas Professional Search Group is working with a client in their search for a Maintenance Supervisor in Woodstock, Ontario.

Responsibilities include:

- Assist and supervise the Maintenance Team with the installation and maintenance of new product line equipment

- Review preventative maintenance schedules regularly

- Supervise maintenance employees which includes electricians, millwrights, statonary engineers and sub-contractors

- Assist in the recruitment, performance reviews and appraisals

- Troubleshooting production equipment and HVAC system experience

- Meet with outside vendors to review replacement parts required

- Assist Plant Manager in maintaining maintenance budget

Qualifications include:

- Licensed Electrician with Millwright background

- 5 years of Maintenance and Supervisory/Management experience in a manufacturing environment in the food industry

- Electrical and Millwright knowledge

- Computer skills - COGZ, AutoCAD

- Experience and ability to use hand and power tools

- Effective troubleshooting and communication skills
