Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, analytical problem-solver to join our clients’ team! The Human Resources Generalist supports Employees at all levels, works closely with Production Supervisors and the Operations team and staff, and maintains all HR & health & safety programs. The ideal candidate is outgoing, analytical, process driven and has leadership experience.

- Maintaining all HR programs, systems, procedures and policies
- Maintain the staffing plan and lead the recruiting process
- Assist all employees with general workplace issues and concerns
- Organize and support disciplinary activity
- Maintain all health & safety programs, systems, procedures and policies
- Management Rep of the JHSC (certified member)
- Lead all new employee onboarding activities
- Point person for all WSIB related administration, and RTW programs
Who You Are
- CHRP or CHRL certified
- JHSC Certified Member
- Analytical experience – must have proficiency using Microsoft Office
- 5+ years’ experience in an HR role in a manufacturing setting
- Innovative, self-motivated, proactive and assertive.
