Express is recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator for a 4 month contract for our client in St Thomas, ON!  This is a hands on role where the successful candidate will work both on the floor and in an office environment. You will be evaluated during your trial period for consideration of a permanent placement.

Express partners with companies that can demonstrate Covid 19 safety protocols and job site safety measures that comply with ministry guidelines to protect all workers.

Responsibilities of the job:

• Converting of purchase requisitions to purchase orders within the ERP system.
• Interface with suppliers and provide status updates. 
• Validate supplier documentation and enter receipts into the ERP system.
• Ensure materials are properly labelled.
• Control cycle count processes and performing physical counts as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years supply chain experience, preferably in a job shop environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and experience using an ERP system.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs repetitively.
• Steel toed boots required.
