Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Dock Worker for a busy transportation company in south London. This position is straight night shift and offers an immediate start.
Duties:
- Load, unload and move product and materials to and from trailers and containers
- Operate equipment such as forklift, clamp truck, dollies or hand trucks
- Verify and record accuracy of shipments being received and shipped
- Able to lift 50lbs repetitively. May occasionally include sorting and palletizing products.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Forklift Certificate
- Must have a clean criminal record
- Must be physically fit, as lifting up to 50lbs will be required
- Must be able to communication fluently in English
Wage: $18/hour
Shift: 10pm-6am (end time can vary pending work load)
