Job Description
STIHL Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of ANDREAS STIHL AG & Co. KG in Germany, is a leader in the distribution of chain saws and handheld outdoor power equipment in Canada. We have an immediate opening at our London head office for a full-time PLANNING AND FORECASTING ANALYST reporting to the Purchasing Manager.

Key responsibilities will include:
- You will be responsible for aspects of our MRP system including annual planning and forecast maintenance.
- Production planning for in house manufactured / packed items.
- Spare parts analysis for new product introduction.
- Point of contact for STIHL’s spare parts pricing system.
- Monitor Sales and Purchase planning details with colleagues in Germany.
- Ensuring compliance with environmental reporting requirements.
- Provide back up to others in the Purchasing group.
- College or University graduate.
- Knowledge of MRP based systems, SAP experience is an asset.
- Strong Microsoft office skills including Excel and Power Point.
- Solid analytical skills needed to manage complex programs.
- Good judgment, problem solving skills and ability to apply practical knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required to interact with dynamic internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment.
- Must be able to follow corporate direction and policies promoting excellence.
- Knowledge or experience in the outdoor power equipment industry would be an asset.
